In 1938 Neison Roofing was established. After four years, the Neison's decided to pack up and move to California.  The business was sold to a veteran roofer by the name of Carl Schwann. In the late 1940's a seasoned roofer joined Carl Schwanns team. His name was Carl Brown. Carl worked for Mr. Schwann until 1959 when Mr. Schwann decided to retire.

Carl Brown purchased the company from Mr. Schwann and the business then became Brown and Schwann Roofing Company.  In the mid 60's Carl Brown changed the name of his company to Brown Roofing and Siding.

Brown Roofing and Siding incorporated in 1991.  Carl and Family are still going strong in the roofing and siding business to serve all our customers with the quality and expertise that they expect.
